Conquer Historic Cities

Hundreds of historic cities, from regional strongholds to sixteen state capitals and the legendary city of Avalon, wait to be conquered in a free browser strategy MMO.

A world of historic cities

The realm is divided into sixteen states, each crowned by a level 16 state capital such as Tokyo, Istanbul, Alexandria or Samarkand. Around them stand level 14 and level 12 historic cities named after real places, and at the heart of the world lies Avalon, the only level 18 city.

Fortresses worth taking

Historic cities are defended by garrisons in the millions, layers of fortifications and a famous hero. Their troops change from day to day, so it pays to scout before you strike. Every victory wears down a city's loyalty until it surrenders to the lord who broke it.

The spoils

A captured historic city keeps its high-level Town Hall and Mustering Field, lets its fields grow past the usual limit, and brings its famous hero into your service. Each capture is announced to every player in the realm.

Historic powers

Lords of high rank can use a historic city's powers on the cities around it, conscripting troops from rivals and barbarians alike. The greater the city, the farther its reach: a state capital commands its whole state, and Avalon reaches the entire world.
